This temporary holding period allows passengers to complete their full booking requirements. To transform this temporary hold into a finalized reservation, passengers must visit our physical corporate headquarters located at China Minmetals Tower, 79 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong .
At this physical location, passengers must complete the full outstanding payment. If a passenger does not visit our corporate headquarters and clear the entire balance within the allocated 48-hour window, the temporary hold automatically expires, and the seat is returned to our active inventory for public sale. The exact boarding gate and airport terminal details are disclosed to passengers exclusively during this in-person payment processing session at our office.
Aviation security demands strict adherence to international and regional protocols. All passengers must bring their valid government-issued identification cards or international passports on the day of travel. The name on the documentation must match the booking manifest identically.
If a passenger fails to present proper government identification at the airport, immigration desk, or boarding lounge, Skylonvexa will deny aircraft boarding immediately. This scenario is classified as an automatic immediate cancellation caused by the passenger. Under these specific conditions, the flight is lost, and no refund or rescheduling options will apply.
Passengers bear the full responsibility for arriving punctually at the designated airport facility. Every individual must be present at the specified terminal exactly one hour before the scheduled departure time to allow smooth baggage handling, safety screenings, and boarding protocols.
If a passenger fails to appear at the designated terminal within this one-hour pre-flight window, Skylonvexa classifies the situation as a passenger no-show. A no-show event results in the immediate cancellation of the passenger's travel slot. Skylonvexa will not offer any refunds, credits, or alternative flights for no-show events under any circumstances.
Skylonvexa permits passengers to alter their travel plans through a clear cancellation system. Passengers can cancel their reservation up until the actual day of departure, subject to two specific temporal structures:
1. When a passenger cancels the reservation 24 hours or more before the scheduled calendar date of the journey, a full return of the complete payment is issued.
2. When a passenger cancels their trip on the actual day of the journey, a 50% penalty is applied, meaning half of the total payment is deducted and retained by Skylonvexa.
Following an allowable cancellation request, Skylonvexa initiates the settlement process by requesting the passenger's official bank account credentials. Our accounting department processes the outbound transfer within 24 hours of receiving the correct bank information.
While Skylonvexa dispatches the funds from our primary corporate account within twenty-four hours, the actual time required for the balance to display in the passenger's personal account depends entirely on their specific banking institution. This external process can take up to seven business days. Skylonvexa is not liable for structural delays caused by clearing networks or foreign banking protocols.
Passengers must comply with all regional aviation security laws, including the Aviation Security Ordinance of Hong Kong. Captains retain absolute authority over the aircraft. If a passenger exhibits disruptive behavior, intoxication, or acts that threaten flight operations, the crew will deny boarding or divert the flight. Passengers are liable for all economic consequences arising from misconduct.
